An affiliate for both adsense and amazon associates?
Have you tried combining both adsense and amazon ads together on a site and wished that both could be integrated together?
We all like the Google adsense ad formats. It’s one reason why adsense is doing well. Readers are clicking on ads while advertisers love to advertise via Google Adwords. One thing for sure adsense ad format are here to stay for a long time.
As for Amazon, it’s a great place to shop for goodies. They sell everything you can get from Wallmart. Though you can’t compare it with eBay, people are buying stuffs from Amazon and if you’re a site publisher, you’ve got to join the Amazon Associates program.
As a blogger I have tried both adsense and amazon and find both to be equaly rewarding. Recently I stumbled on a site called AmaSenseAds.com. At first glance, I thought it was an Indian based company because of the word Ama which I hear my Indian friends use a lot. They would call their mom as Ama. But as I read through the site, I found out that Ama stands for Amazon while Sense stands for Adsense. So it’s Amazon + Adsense = AmaSense + Ads. Cool name.
So what is AmaSenseAds.com about? Basically it’s a service that allows you to create Google AdSense styled ads for Amazon.com products. It is super easy to use and you can sign up for free. See sample ad below.

The concept is simple. AmaSenseAds basically places top sellers amazon ads belonging in your category and it’s totally compliant with Adsense because it’s not contextual based. It’s actually just amazon ads displayed in the format of adsense.
I personally havent given it a try but don’t think it will work well on my sites simply because my sites are product based. This sort of amazon ads should work better on product based sites. If anyone has any sucess with with AmaSenseAds, do let us know.

I don’t really like using amazon because of their ridiculously low commissions. You have to have a ton of converting traffic to make it useful and even if it does, I’m pretty sure you can replace them with another more profitable affiliate program.
for someone who seems net savy, you should take off all those tags at the bottom, they are harming your pagerank. THanks, and keep up the good work.
i prefer google adsense..amazon ads dont pay as much..well i think you choose either of them depeding on your blog´s theme..
hey… that’s nice blog… it remembers me of my school days.. thanks…. hope u’ll keep
doin it…!!!!
Yes,Amazon is a great place to shop for goodies and it is sure that adsense ad format are here to stay for a long time.
I had never heard about AmaSenseAds before. I love blogs as I love to learn about new resources. Thanks. While I do agree that Amazon ads don’t make as much money they could make up in volume because of the vast amounts of products that they offer that will be in the context of whatever content you have on your site.
I am willing to rotate as an experiment and see how it goes.
Best,
Jim
google adsense are the best.. they pay more but if you want extra money you could use either.. it depends on wich one worls best for you
both of them are easy money so i would choose any of them. well adsense are easier and more common so it must be good.
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone uses Google Analytics to track their Adsense. I have somewhat of a good problem to have but it’s frustrating. My Adsense sales are starting to increase and are more frequently than they’ve been. But I am not quite sure which sites it’s coming from. I’ve set up channels but that doesn’t seem to be super crystal clear.
Thanks
Thanks for this info. I was just thinking if I could combine the 2 (on the same page) but thought I read in a forum you couldn’t.
Not sure if I’ll try AmaSenseAds.com though but I’ll have a look. Thanks for the tip!
Cheers
Guys, I want to know, Can I add amazon and adsense ads at a time in blogger?
Ucubd has created an easy way for bloggers to creatively integrate Amazon Associates directly into your blog. For instance, you can embed a YouTube video with your Amazon Associates Sales widget directly into the body of your blog article. Let us know how this compares to the other ways for making money using Amazon.
I don’t like Amazon. I get a daily average of 1,000 unique visitors at my site and I was trying Amazon in one of the most visited pages for about one month. I have got not a single sale commission. Plus amazon code is giving me some kind of weird conflict with adsense code.
